This is a general response, naming attributes, based on your post and what I would want personally:-Monitored, police response -motion sensors in appropriate areas-cameras both indoor (public areas)  & outdoors - motion activated, records to cloud, holds for minimum 48 hours, w/ audio capability-remote light switch control-remote alarm mode settings : on, off, at home-remote lock / unlock entrance-remote doorbell camera (service, delivery interaction)-temperature & flood sensors around appropiate areas-alert capability (various) set for your concerns-ample exterior motion dection led lighting, some solar powered lights that illuminate all night-phone app that you are comfortable usingThere are more attributes I would want but I'll stop here.

Golf course, indoor pool, etc. 

You really don't remain anonymous when you are the deal maker. 

@Ryan Perrone  digging a basement in the lowcountry usually results in an "indoor pool"  :-).  

@Justin Dossey I will echo what @Michael Tierney posted - put yourself out there and start requesting meetings with decision makers at local banks that have portfolio loans.  

Pump the tank and route the indoor plumbing to the main.

Whether or not you're in a high demand area might be one of your biggest decision makers.

It might be a bit steep relative to a starting amount of $20-40K, but over a longer period of time would make real sense.

I have drip coffee makers as I've run into problems with Keurig machines being temperamental.
