Help with Condo Hotel.

Hope everyone is well. I have an opportunity to purchase a condo which is on a resort. I have been there with my family 3-4 times and it is absolutely beautiful. Golf course, indoor pool, etc.

Has anyone ever bought a property such as this? It seems too good to be true though it comes at a cost. The resort does absolutely everything for you, booking, advetising, maid service though they receive 53% and I would receive 47%. This is a pretty steep split though.

If anyone could provide any insight as to whether this might be a good or bad idea. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

This would be my second condo. I own one in Colorado and hope to build.

Thanks again.
