Are there any recommendations or stories on incorporating section 8 tenants?

I have spent the last 30 years in Corporate Management and have decided to do something different utilizing the business acumen I have accumulated (hopefully!) 

Counter tops in the kitchen are typically laminate though we recently found a source for counter tops made of recycled glass and wood/paper which we are testing in a unit {with our student units we have begun incorporating more sustainable finish materials and have found it to be well received}.Finishes aside, all of our student properties come with complementary Internet (Fibre-Op) and non coin-op laundry.

Since I am so new, I really need t o know if the first thing i need to do is get a business name and be incorporated, before i do anything else. i have been viewing the webinars for people like me, and have read several books/articles, but that was never addressed.  

Seems like if she incorporates as an LLC it may help limit liability and also introduce tax benefits.

I am trying to incorporate more like-minded individuals to spend my time with.

I worked in corporate sales for 25 years and sold elevators for 17 years for the same company.

Ok I have one company that is Incorporated already and I have started this real estate company thus far.

I read the agreement cover to cover the first time through, sent the agent 3 small changes, it came back and I checked to be sure those were incorporated and then signed but did not re-read the entire document.
