Beware of the RICH Club, (I now recommend BP over most other groups) I was a member of the Rich Club for well over a decade, it once was a great organization, I was a person who used to get my membership for FREE by bringing new members & receiving RICH Bucks they called them.

If I purchase the pro membership and pay annually, is that price locked forever?

Broker/dealers, whether they are banked owned or are regular corporations they in addition to being registered with the SEC, must also ave membership with FINRA (formerly NASAD).

Will all the distributions be equal to the membership interest or will it be weighted based on other factors?

If it matters, I have the "Plus" membership.

Do they ask if you have a Costco membership?

I like the Bigger Pockets calculator but I can't justify paying for a pro membership to get unlimited use right now. does anyone have experience with the Vertex42 Rental Property Calculator https://docs.google.com/spread... or something else that might be a better solution?
