HI I am Dan Lyon, 

My wife and I live in Tumwater WA, We are both in the Army Reserve. I currently work for an Whole Sale Electrical Distribution company, and she is military Technician. We both have back grounds in construction as well. We have 2 rental properties, one in Tumwater and one in Colorado. We have rehabbed both over the last 6 years. We are going to be getting in to the Flip market this year looking to Flip 3 house this year. That will eventually lead to purchasing more rental properties. We are looking for like minded people that want to share experiences and help each other out, so we can all grown together.
