.- Established an LLC. with the state of Georgia.- Purchased domain names; two for buyer squeeze pages, two for seller squeeze pages, one for LLC.- Set up Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google+ for the LLC.- Followed more than 500 other people (on each social networking platform) who work in real estate, most in REI.- Began preliminary work on creating all five websites (focusing on the buyer squeeze pages, so I can gather a solid buyers list before putting a property under contract) but it turns out that I'm not too good at the technical side of things, so I think I'm going to hire someone on Fiverr to put everything together.

After one year the value will then be established at it's current market value estimate.A lender may only be owed 30k on a 60k property, if it's worth 60k that's what they are required to at least try to get as the remainder is equity of the owner and they have rights to that equity.No bank doesn't mind about taking a loss, they all mind very much!

i know ticor title (google them) can give you online/mobile access to look up properties, but you'd have to talk to a rep and/or establish a relationship with an agent who might be able to get you that access.anyway, congrats and keep at it!
