Just my opinion, but 20% for a no risk or money investment is extremely generous.By way of comparison, risk free investments like bonds and CD's have extremely low interest rates precisely because they are free of risk.

I had a similar situation, where I replaced an air handler in the attic and I told the tech to get precise measurements because he needs to make sure the handler will fit between the trusses because I don't want any trusses to be notched.
