Heating oil and Propane ......................Expensive

Home heating oil took a 21 cent increase at the rack (wholesale price ) retail in the Balto area $ 3.99 a gallon . Saw on the news there is a propane shortage and street prices have doubled in the last 20 days to over $ 4.15 a gallon . I am now waiting for phone calls from tenants complaining they cant afford oil . Maybe electric baseboard isnt that bad ?
