Sometimes I struggle with southern NH and if you can expect any rental growth above inflation - I understand it's proximity to Boston (but you're looking at least 1+ hour commute) and that prices in Boston and surrounding areas are continuing to drive people further from the city. 

Later we found that we don't need to suffer when we see their emails, we give their cease and decease notice for harassment, and said it will go into their file, then they stopped.Tenants who are picky on every small repairs, and called city for inspection, city came in and picked out 20 items for you  to repair, and costed you money for non-sense?

Its called Sullivan's gulch, its close to transit, grocery, city, etc.

I want to confirm with the city of course but my actual taxes/insurance should be closer to $240 a month, leaving positive cash flow of $60 a month.

The city is very block by block.
