has built in cellular phone technology in it with 18 hr battery(i think) cant cut my power to disable.

If you figured in a percentage for vacancy factorrepairs & maint. reservecapital expenditures reservemy cash flow would be lower, but like I said I don't touch any of it as I don't need to right now in my career.You don't have to move either to get into other markets for better cash flow, as technology can take care of that with various services.

It uses a long range wireless technology and all data goes back to the cloud database and auto generates a water bill (similar to our standard products) but we are looking for a few locations to do beta testing on the product for free.

Down time is a REQUIREMENT, even if it's several hours on a single day without any technology etc.
