I am very interested in hearing about YOUR Real estate investment experience!

How much did you buy the property for/ what was your down payment and what are you actually cash flowing? 

Where is the property located?

Was it a renovation?

I'd love to hear your story. I'm struggling to find houses that will do an annual 12% return in MA.
