I accidentally stumbled on the better strategy of using the "limit of 4 total" lender first, and will work with the "limit of 10 total, 4 with us" lender next.  

Once you build these relationships and how I got started, you will find people who mention they stumbled upon another good opportunity, but don't have the funds or maybe the time, know someone that needs to get rid of their home, etc. 

This is very interesting and I’ve actually stumbled upon one property currently on the market doing this.I’m curious if there are comps out there for these condo-ized DADUs that have been sold for appraisal purposes.
