@Ronin Crimmons your welcome.I'll take a minute to point out my pet peeve, i guess..  

Could have been an overflow bath, leaving the door open during the shower, washing a pet or kid putting wet bath toys in that spot.

We just do the tub and surround, then do a nice tile half wall around the rest of the bathroom, coordinating with tile flooring, including sink backsplash and toilet area, as it’s so much easier to clean for turnovers and protects everything from splashing kids, pets, etc.

Everything on her application is well above my qualifications…background, credit score, rental history, no pets, income, etc.

I cut my cleaning fee in half, waived the pet fee and left the ADR the same but still don't have a lot of reservations.  

I'm not gonna hold back here because these childish complaints are really a pet peeve of mine.
