I have 2 deals I need this money for near instant equity of 60k, and I;m hearing crickets all the sudden.

There is an exemption for entity conversions (29-204.06) but that's not the instant question.The clerk will tax at 2.2% of the current tax assessed value of the property if less than $400k... or 2.9% of the assessed value if it is $400k+.
