In the first case, it seems he's been accused of transferring money into his clients accounts prior to making an offer on a property, to help them qualify for larger mortgage loans/ boosting their buying power so they could buy a more expensive property than they be able to qualify for without the boost he gave their bank account.

The girls have daily chores and weekly chores.

I was past my inspection period but we both wanted the sale to go through the following day.Yeah, you can't engage at the level accusations or of misrepresentation.

That's awesome....although I did have high hopes of finding a girl from Podunk!

Obviously lots of friends and family have a guy (or girl) that they know, family, friend, previous agent that they want to reccomend. 

I have learned so much business sense, people skills and plain old world experience through my day job.First in my life, I am a husband and a father of two twin girls!
