Hello BP Friends

I'm a Licensed Electrical Contractor based in Montgomery County, Maryland. I am looking to switch to Real Estate Investing Full Time and continue with my Electrical Business doing consulting only.

My Philosophy is Long Term , Buy and Hold Multifamily Properties. I've been listening and reading everything related to Real Estate Investing using BP as my main channel.Currently seeking anyone willing to share their experiences and lessons with me. My Goal in life is not have to worry about money and give back to my community .I am hoping to find Mentors, Investors, Brokers, Agents, Property Managers, Attorneys, CPA to be part of my Team.I bring to the table 22 years experience in Construction as DC, MD and VA Master Electrician , Integrity, Capital,I Speak English and Spanish. I am familiar with the DMV Area but willing to participate with Deals wherever the Criteria and numbers make sense. I've been married for 30 years and my wife support me 100%. We have 4 children 2 boys and 2 girls and they are my Why I have to succeed.I'm a volunteer soccer coach for kids in my community and Play soccer myself in my County soccer league.
