This new partner could be either gender but I hope you would partner with someone who has money and experience (or at least one of those two).

As others have said this list needs more as lumping a whole city for violent crime is extremely bias. 

Admittedly, I am biased.

They have policies in place nationwide on how the asset managers accept bids and to be biased against buyers for submitting low offers would be way too objective.

But these are all just guesses...If you google 'Bob Quick foundation', he is a great non-biased 3rd party structural engineer in KC who can give you an accurate diagnosis...cheap date too at $200 (last I checked). calling him would be the first thing I do. 

Angelica  @Michael Mendez and I were actually just talking about how much we liked investing in Lubbock, so you have a biased audience here.

Hey James, as someone who is very biased to the Detroit market and could help you there I'll say this: go to the market that makes the most sense for you.If you have contacts in Vegas AND it works for your goals... absolutely go to that market.If you have contacts and it doesn't work for your goals...

As such, I am definitely biased here.
