(I know there aren't many of these in Florida but you'll need to look hard) This will give you a place to live that gets you closer to your SFH dream and start you down the investment path.

My main reason for creating this post was to find anybody who doesn't have a multifamily dream and is happy doing a flip a year or 1-3 rental properties.

You will have to repair every item off the dream maker list and if you do not the buyer can terminate and keep the earnest money.

BP will keep you in line when it comes to keeping up your real estate goals and dreams!

I have an interest in both rental properties as well as flipping, but ultimately my goal in life is to pursue my dream as an independent filmmaker and I believe real estate is the optimal path to take in realizing that ambition.  

I recently joined as a bigger pockets PRO in a proactive measure to make my dreams come true and start down the path to financial freedom.

My dream is a townhome directly on the beach, but we can't afford that at this point.  

You will get different opinions I'm sure but I would not buy my dream house or anything close to it yet.
