@Kahntineta Ford @Phillip Lanier I had an active investing business - 16 full-time employees, over 100 rentals, a property management company, a real estate brokerage, a large coaching business, and was buying about 25 houses per year when I bought the franchise in 2014.

@Mark Cruse well to be transparent, I’ve only coached a little over a dozen coaching clients, but 90% of them have bought properties.

I am a Certified High Performance Coach that works with mostly real estate investors. 

I have found a few groups run by various folks who have education or coaching to sell or are looking for deal funding or something like that.

I think my 'passion' would be more for flipping houses but would love the long term residual of rental properties.I'm currently reading J Scott's "The Book on Flipping Houses" and LOVE the detailed outline coaching me through each piece.

The monthly coaching calls do still take place and I find a TON of value in those calls. 

I call this the earn and learn approach.https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/432/topics/30...Although I have no knock against clubs, when this topic comes up it seems only folks talk about clubs but there are alternative avenues to getting good solid coaching that I think have some advantages over clubs.  

In fact, one of the GPs is a Brad Sumrok coach, and Brad Sumrok was listed as an advisor and mentor for the project in the OM.
