hi everybody im just starting out investing in real estate in New Jersey and im looking for a local mentor / coach or any experienced contacts in my area / any help or advice / networking. I've been learning about the 'creative' end of things so id like to meet people with experience in this area (most specifically 'subject-to' deals, also lease options, owner financing etc). thanks.
