Does anyplace out there let you combine multiple properties into one line - or am I chasing a unicorn? 

No chasing down rents.

After the emotions and thrill of the chase that the smooth talkers evoked in me subsided, I did what I should’ve done in the first place - looked.

So I got tired of chasing deals so starting building our own.

I had someone chase me away because they thought I was handing out campaign literature.  

Main problems with them for me are: need for earnest money every time, banks take their time, and the need for a double close or contract adjustment for a partnership.Here are some tips I've learned chasing foreclosures, create a system to get in and out of the house in 20 minutes or less.
