@Michael Poloncic- if understanding your question -if the seller want to buy a new home and use his va loan eligibility - he will likely need to have his present VA loan paid off before this can occur

And if that entitlement is tied up with someone else that's sitting pretty at 2.25%, you must assume it'll never be refinanced or paid off, so that's it for your lifetime VA loan entitlement.

Aside from offering this as a benefit to outstanding tenant prospects.So, you think a GOOD tenant will break a lease and accept a judgement against them that may follow them as a lien, gaining interest all along, and nixing their hopes of buying a home for years unless eventually paid off?
