The school system decided to close the school and integrate the children into mainstream schools and they both lost their jobs.

If they don't schedule, then I we can always call to schedule.There are many renters who are busy during the day at work or are not allowed to take calls, but if they can get an appointment set up right away by themselves then its might be a good option.I think what I am looking at is more like a CRM approach the more I think of it now, and I am sure that Podio or Zoho might have some kind of integrations like I am thinking, just have to dig in more.Thanks for the responses till now.

If you compromise the structural integrity of the property, you will have a multitude of problems that will far exceed what your going to be paying for a permit (and what may come along with it).
