Looking for a Baltimore Realtor with investment experience

Happy Friday everyone. I'm new to the BP community and REI in general. My interest is in small multifamily (3-4 units) properties in Baltimore MD. I have been doing research nonstop and finally decided on the type of investments I would like to focus on. I wanted to see if there's any recommended real estate agents in the Baltimore area that have experience with multifamily property investors. Any recommendations/advice is appreciated.

@Leo Gonzalez Hey Leo, welcome to BP! Undoubtedly, this is the best online resource for all things RE utilized by motivated REIs.

As a multifamily investor myself in Baltimore, I can tell you that finding an agent who focuses on this niche isn't the competitive edge you're looking for. In fact, I had to do some hand-holding with my agents in the beginning before they got comfortable with the small multifamily space. 5 units and up involves commercial brokers, who, sometimes, are more integral to the success of your strategy.

Now, you may ask, so...thanks! What do I do now? You bombard yourself with knowledge by researching here in BP, reading multifamily related content such as books and online content, listening to multifamily podcasts [@JoeFairless & @MichaelBlank] and exploring your newly discovered skill of patience. Unequivocally, small multifamily is a long term play, which involves a lot of creativity in finance and tactics.

Please feel free to reach out on the forums and keep learning!

Good luck sir. Thanks! - Ola
