one thing I have heard about the keyless locks is that those with the servo that slides the bolt back are subject to battery drain and when the battery gets low, the lock will not open since there is not enough power to slide the bolt.So, Joel Owens you might check that out for your mom -- would hate for her to get locked out due to battery drain (granted they should still open with the key...) -- just throwing that out there.

This is pure BS, fantacy and not allowed per Dodd Frank at the Fed level and more restrictively the per State Safe Act (MORE RESTRICTIVELY per state every state may be different) with the Dodd Frank at 5 per rolling 12 mo and each states Safe Act which some are 0 (ZERO) some 3 some (??)

Unless you have a plan to pay it off in a few months otherwise this approach will eat up all the cash flow and buying a property without positive cash flow is purely gambling.
