I swiftly cancelled all my plans to become an international DJ and started hanging out with military instead.also under the Liberals we lost our democracy. we didn't recognize it right away the way you Americans are vigilant about. when I wrote my MP I received a condescending photocopied reeducation letter in the mail. when I wrote the newspaper I received a threatening phone call and notified the police. those were my first clues at that time.Canadians voted in a Conservative minority government who have been picking up the huge mess particularly in the area of crime and public safety. recently the minority parties tried to take over the government in a non-elected way and there was a public outcry which they completely ignored. the Queen sent her representative to shut down our government for weeks.

Viatical settlements are not real estate, but insurance polices that dying people sell, it is usually a lumpsum payment though. vente en viager is not an investment I would want to be on either side of.

And if you are stuck with a "bad" tenant that pays, do what you can through your lease, local ordinances, police reports etc. to file a landlord-tenant action or make it "uncomfortable" for them to stay in your unit/house.

You also can't tell them the neighborhood is safe you should not ever refer either way and refer them to the local police department or they can check internet sites for crime statistics.With any PM company you get what you pay for if you think that a professional PM just collects checks then move on keep doing what made you money before.
