The reality is that a bucket full of highly motivated sellers takes a lot of marketing and most investors don't have their lead generation machine churning at that level.The other reality is that in the beginning of a new marketing program to a new prospect group a lot is learned talking to fantasy land and non motivated sellers.

I spoke with one of the CSRs and she said that if I had a couple hundred to mail at once (only happened on mondays so I never persued this) to check with the chamber of commerce and for a fee you can use their machine and whatnot without having to pay all the set up fees.

I am wondering what I could expect to bring in monthly on coin op machines.  

Biggerpockets is such a machine now and while there is lots of useful advice, it's primarily aimed at newbies (who can't use the search function mind you).

Avoid filling the kitchen with complicated devices like a simple coffee pot instead of a fancy espresso machine, a hand blender instead of a Tilt-head mixer with six attachments, or a  Crock-Pot instead of an Instapot that can be complicated or dangerous.As for sleeping arrangements, I recommend an "ideal" number of guests and a maximum.

The one call that wasn't a dud was an answering machine which didn't call back.Judgement?  

My business model has been based primarily on marketing to probate attorneys for well over twenty years.It took something in the area of five or six years to really get the traction and momentum that built my probate liquidity machine into a dominate player in CA.
