What do you think about this deal?

Dealing with older homes, especially those from the early 1900s, can indeed be challenging, especially for a first-time investor.

We are always looking for deals, Also this poster is not buying fully renovated props for 80k, SURE maybe just maybe he can find one here and there, but highly unlikely .

He recently had a death in the family and is irritated that I won't give him time for to deal with that, but this has been a problem for long before the death and now he won't return my texts or answer my phone calls.

TLDR:  "Great Deal" was a money pit ... an absolute nightmare. 

I live in Miami and do deals in only Miami dade and Broward. have done hundreds of transactions down here and currently working on 14 projects from fix and flips to new builds and some land entitlement projects  look us up on IG @ Prophunters_

You're situation could be far different, for me I am looking at higher construction costs than you have (most likely) and deals in the area I can put 20% down on as opposed to using the money for another unit.
