One thought about location - if you look in Beacon Hill or Jefferson-Woodlawn, you'll see a couple of neighborhoods full of cute historic homes that are gentrifying into the $250-$300 range. 

It was super cute minor renovations needed.

In Logan, cute properties, particularly those that rent for under $1000/mo and under good management have vacancies below 1% since I got into PM in 2009.  

So I googled WaMu and Senior Vice President and found a few names, put them into an email as [email protected] and got a reply 8 minutes later from a woman who said she would follow up with Loss Mitigation and get back to me :mrgreen:

In about 1999, I met a 25-year old woman who had $50k and she asked me where she could invest the money.

A friend of mine owns (and lives in) a condo in a 3-unit building and constantly about HOA issues with the woman in the 2nd unit. 

I'm not going to allow a 100 pound woman to move in with 2 175 pound Mastiffs, or someone with a chihauhau to move in to a joined house with another tenant.

I think it would be really cute and the college kids would love it!  

This is a little hard to choke down, because I consider myself a business woman, but i went unsecured due to how much I know about her due to our relationship (she's my RE agent) her work ethic, her social media presence and advertising of her other businesses.
