For retail you could use traditional methods, for investors or cash buyers you could market with Craigslist, eBay, YouTube, REIA meetings, calling investors who've bought in the area in the last few months, calling a self directed IRA custodian to see if they have buyers...Etc.

The degree can be in art or music, whatever, doesn't matter, it's a degree.A degree doesn't guarantee success, but not having one can guarantee the lack of success in the future.

Stephen, you didn't make it easy to look at the numbers by posting them on Youtube :)The numbers are too tight for what I can get in my market.
