I'm thawed out and ready to go. I'm really excited about learning from this community. I purchased two rental houses 7 years ago and still own and manage one of these properties today. I have been pretty much out of the game since then and I am so ready to re-engage, increase my knowledge and meet other investors. I found biggerpockets in a web search and I am so glad I did.
