Hi all - My extended family and I are currently on a week long vacation in Garden City, SC (south Myrtle) and are all staying in an ocean front beach house (extended family is here, so we all pitch in to make it feasible).

They've done soils testing over the years in order to get the go ahead for community gardens and were approved two years ago.  

They are garden level, have no door at the top or bottom of the stairs and just feel like an extension of the main floor.

Also, if the outdoor guy is charging $200 a booth, is there any chance that you could get $250 or $300 a month for an indoor space?

Hobbies include volleyball, snowboarding, organic gardening, dystopian fiction.

First I thought someone hadn't paid a bill then I look across the street and see a lady opening her garage door with a garden rake.

Not a basment apartment, garden level with a sliding door.

Stay at the cheaper motel and spend more time outside enjoying the sights.Do you want to live in a fancy expensive neighbourhood with a walled garden where your neighbours play golf, wave from their Mercs, but its actually akin to Desperate Housewives where everyone is homogenous, bored and bitchy?

I have a rental and I am wondering if I can depreciate mulch, gardening soil, annual flowers and perennials? 

Mortgage, property tax, insurance, gardener, and pool guy run a total of $3,600/month.
