Interestingly enough, we caught a few liars this way, as the conversations are so informal that they never thought we made notes on it.One lady in particular, we like her well enough that we wanted to rent to her.

She is a really cool lady.

I  mean a guy/lady with 600 deals and 10 years in the business.

And some lady bugs and aphids are out.All that said, I would do what has been suggested.

I like the latter since the broker is a very nice lady. 

When I was getting a permit for a rehab on a property that we originally planned on keeping as a rental, the lady at the permit office mentioned that we would need a business license if we planned on renting the house.   

My cleaning lady takes $150 per turnover so I charge that same amount to the guest.

It’s too much of a ‘pastel’ color which makes me think of little old ladies wearing polyester pants.
