My biggest issue right now is tracking SOI and leadsI was leaning heavily toward using Podio and actually spent many hours of the past few days reading, and watching videos about Podio and i was all excited to signup for the software due to all the functions it is capable of doing with Globiflow, but when i called in to signup today, they sticker shocked me by telling me that it would be $120+/Month to gain access to the globiflow program. 

As an Engineer, I am constantly asked to solve problems for clients in order to make a process/function more effective.

Think about it - if you have a window which needs replaced, and you know that all in it'll cost $280, is this replacement cost in some way a function of the income level?

I split my list into thirds, mailing each third every other week, each with a different type of campaign (1st third - postcards, 2nd third - yellow letters, 3rd third - typed professional letters) and then I'll rotate them through each.

I am still trying to learn all the functions of BP.

I'm wondering how I can be sure the water and power is functional before it's mine.

It was cheap, fit nicely/easily into a 24" base cabinet (where the door would normally go), preserved the drawer functionality of the cabinet, and is a gorgeous deep red.  

I rotate them every day around 6pm so I'm at the top of the list when others are getting off of work.
