We don't want to stand on the sidelines and hope we find a buyer, we want to think outside the box and find ways to attract more people to see the home.

This caused us to think outside of the box by purchasing off of the true owner who was out of state.

Look for a financial partner who is familiar with traditional lending as well as more out-of-the-box options like hard money and private lending.

When the appropriate boxes are checked for investors, they will move forward with your deal.

Try box fans in the windows on one side of the house with the other Windows open.If the air is trapped in the house it can keep the skunk odor for weeks.If a day or two of the fans does not work then I would start with an ozone treatment.
