Chris is also the one that explained to me the power of quickly compounding properties instead of buying live-in fixers that take a few years to finish.I agree with @Jeff White as well and will add that I enjoy getting my hands dirty with renovations but I can't wrap my head around how to rent out rooms and renovate at the same time. 

I am a decent saver, and enjoy a minimalist lifestyle. 

So, here comes the question, what is the best way to go about making my current home into an asset while getting into a newer home my family can enjoy and continue to grow and mind my business?

I've been a member of several such groups, but only one, Lifeonaire, deserves full credit for lifting me from the depths of despair and then completely re-shaping my entire world to be the amazing and exciting carnival ride I enjoy today!

My goal is two-gold:  1st to provide cash flow to reinvest and grow my wealth and 2nd to provide me some extra money to enjoy with my family.

I just went to Invest now Atlanta last week and really enjoyed myself.

I have enjoyed the forums since getting started myself.

Although I probably could have gotten my license quicker going the online route, I did enjoy going to the in person classes.

We’re not going to pursue it but enjoy having this platform for knowledgeable input!
