I see if from all angles.. owning the rental houses no matter how passive you may think they are to be successful you MUST engage..how much depends on the asset class you choose in the rental arena.

hey everybody, I just moved to columbus a couple weeks ago and im re engaging in the site after i signed up a couple months ago.

I would definitely not engage in turning it over to her primary residence in the same tax year  and waiting 2 full years, implies she is certainly safe based on  the rulings and case law so anywhere in between. 

Once you start engaging with community members you will want to post even more and learn more.
