I had plans to buy an abandon BI-LO but somebody was faster and turned it into a warehouse. 

I am making it my goal to try and show CW that they DO NOT want to own this property as there are soon to be abandoned New Construction homes.Any advice for making this more clear to them?

Other than a homeless people staying in an abandoned building.

I took a ton of pictures, and texted the property manager who said she'd be out days later.We worked, cleaned, but did not remove any of the abandoned junk.  

Only once did they ask me to come in to defend my claim and that is the year that I chose to abandon my request as I suspected I would lose the hearing anyway.And, just to show that assessed value and market value can be unrelated, I was always able to refinance and ultimately sell my last home for well above the tax value that I could always get the county to agree on.

They're SNOW BIRDS...those are their "winterless" homes - not unused/abandoned properties. 

If they are dilapidated, aren't those typically abandoned homes where the owner is missing or a foreclosure that just keeps sitting?

Gas tanks were abandoned in the 1960's. 

I have hope that the US will NOT abandon Puerto Rico and it's US citizens and that it will be a better Puerto Rico that what it is right now, that's why I'm investing. 

What is the best way to find out who the Owner(s) is , on a property that looks distressed and or abandoned .This recent property that I am interested in , looks to be abandoned , and it is definitely distressed.
