We've since moved to Athens, about 30 miles away, into another house that we paid cash for and I'm going to be forced to rent the first one out b/c I don't want to sell it for a loss.Now, since I found biggerpockets, I've become intrigued in RE investing and am understanding a lot of things I've never contemplated before...ie. being a landlord is OK and maybe I shouldn't of bought the houses outright...Anyway, the old hindsight's 20-20 deal...A little about my wife and me: I'm a meter reader for a natural gas company and I'm also in the Air Force reserve, and she's an elementary music teacher.

I could see where there would be problems with businesses not wanting to be located underneath noisy tenants, or someone playing music while you're trying to business, etc.

It wouldn't happen.If anyone needs help, advice, or to hire an effective credit repair company my company works with several real estate companies in getting positive results in the shortest amount of time (i.e. 30-90 days).Here's a video that Equifax told us to remove from our website and on Youtube...we made the video private for that reason.  

I've read plenty of info on here, and research on YouTube (S/O to Sean Terry) and I know I have the knowledge to complete a deal and soon network with you guys to bring more income to our accounts.

With the PPC I mainly use google and Bing and for SEO I use a lot of Youtube and facebook linking/posts to help with my organic rankings and search results.
