So, we are doing some research for our landlord, to find out whether she can go through someone and actually report our history.Thanks,ShaunI believe you also have cable, cell phone, utility bills - all of these companies will report you only if/when you stop paying your dues.

Just like what cell phone companies use when you want to break their service contract.Lots of tenants threaten to sue because people are afraid to face court and they know it.

From my experience, I can also spot the difference between a floatation device and a shark, and occasionally enjoy going shark fishing ... most newbies can't and believe in fairytails because they want to and there are plenty here that are happy to cater to that tenancy; I'm not one of them, so I guess that makes me a fear monger; some people have to learn the hard way.
