Most of them are young ladies and they are looking for a safe neighborhood.

I married this lady that had her own house. 

We rented one of our units to a lady middle of last month.

Little old lady lost her 800k home for 30k in back tax's.. even though the sale was done properly the Judge nullified it by what I have to assume was intense pressure from the public and doing the right thing.

The profit doesn't get divided until the fat lady sings.

There's so much drama I could add about the sister, as she's likely a drug addict, and has completely drained the 86 year old lady's bank account, and many more stories that would make your head spin, but I don't have the time.       

So what should I do to cover myself against any claims of nuisance, habitability, quiet enjoyment from the lady/son tenants? 

The law is very clear and as of Saturday this lady would have been in my property 10 months and has only paid 3 months rent and this is illegal.

If you find the buyers first, you will be able to close more deals and build wholesome relationships that will last a lifetime.

Screw that lady and that mentality of thinking. .... if something don’t affect you or bother you, keep your nose and your .02 the F outta it.
