Short Term Rentals for Healthcare Workers

Anyone out there have experience with providing short-term housing, by the  bedroom, for traveling healthcare workers? Any advice? Pros & cons? Just some insight into what you’ve learned focusing on that niche market. Thanks.

    Hey @Michael Lopez, I don't think this is a bad idea, but by the room might be. Most nurses, PT, MD and other professionals will want their own space and the facility will be footing the bill so they will look for a small condo or home.

    Now, if you get a group traveling together, then that might work, but not the ones working alone. My 2 cents.
