This last month I have been looking for some more deals in the DC area, since I am not in the area right now I am doing it on line and am just researching a neighborhood we are already in to do some market research we admittedly did not do originally--my son pulled the trigger on his own--I have been reminded of the challenges of working with the typical listing agent real estate agent.
