Sounds reasonable to me especially since those are some serious ticket items.Also in my experience, boilers are a GIANT pain in the butt.

That is the ticket for exponential growth. 

Would those big ticket replacements be every 15+ years or random?

Well, the bootcamp from my understanding is quite a bit more..something in the line of $2k for 1 ticket or $3k for 2 tickets.

If you are going to be an out of town investor you need to invest in a plane ticket and walk the neighborhood.

I believe tickets are still for sale (you can probably Google BP Con and it will pop up).

I just feel kinda bad about not paying those photo radar tickets they get me with so I gotta give them cash in one form or another (kidding again).

Industrial and retail are the hot ticket items right now. 

So this better prepares them for bigger ticket items and then is not a "surprise" when we let them know they need a new roof, or something like that.
