My idea is to expand into other aspects of REI like, control w/out ownership type lease purchase, flipping paper, probate REI, etc.About a year ago, I stumbled upon Bigger Pockets on the internet.

I was looking at comps for a property and stumbled upon a flip.

Ya I know let me re state that.. all politicians in an election year will do what they can to not have the economy be a stumbling block to re election when possible. 

I got the deal put together because I did not allow that "problem" become a stumbling block.
