The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here.

I would advise looking in Capitol View/Stifft Station right now as it is gentrifying.

I looked years ago at duplexes near that college but settled on College Station.  

I want to buy another one here in UK where I leave because I get a good/guaranteed rental income with U.S. military members being stationed here.

Being a veteran, I have a few friends stationed there and I will definitely say the space coast area is a gold mine for investors.
