@Michael Baum I only mean if the rehab is so dramatic that is warrants it one time, and the poor reviews were specifically about the outdated nature (not location, safety, rodents/bugs, customer service, etc.) 

This is one of the cheapest/hottest wholesale areas in Indianapolis so naturally lower priced.

If a local economy relies heavily on tourism, a pandemic exactly like COVID or even a natural disaster, can greatly jeopardize the stability of the employment markets.

The property also has a 30x32 detached garage with 12 foot ceilings with a built in car lift, natural gas heat, air conditioning, and an unused, but functional water line.

As others have suggested LV is a great market, and really being hit by Coronavirus due to the nature of the industry.
