I work part-time for a real estate company (Nomadic Real Estate) as a leasing agent and I just passed my VA salesperson exam so I hope to sell real estate in Virginia within the next couple of weeks.Within the next 4 years, I would like to generate enough passive income so that I can save for my future family.The ultimate goal is to generate enough money to be able to start and sustain a social entrepreneurship business to help schools in West Africa.On Bigger Pockets, it would be great if I could network with like-minded individuals.Francis

Hello everyone,For starters I already know that I need to talk with my CPA.

Joined BP a while back to start building a network and help expand my real estate portfolio to larger multifamily and apartment complexes in growing areas of the US. 

@James Carroll;  Between my regular job and running GC over the rehab, I honestly just haven't made it as much of a point to network as I should have.  

All of the above is helping me build experience and a network within my local real estate community and earn some money on the side to put towards future investments.

You'll learn a lot just by networking with others.As for Turnkey I know some people love them but all you get is possible cashflow.
