I was recently introduced to BP podcast by a friend and my OCD has forced me to start from the very first podcast and now I'm bout hooked and have made it to #70 while reading Rich Dad/Poor Dad.I'm a licensed realtor here in Victoria, have one rental under my belt and about to put my home on the market next month and would like to purchase a MDU (less than 5 units) as my next investment.I'm sure I'll have several questions in the future but for now Hello Everyone and it's nice to be surrounded by many expert investors!

You could also put a blower fan at the opening pointed into the space, without the exhaust fan.
