I was in the US Navy for a few years and got out to spend more time with my family. I've worked several jobs, most of them time consuming and physically demanding, but I've been interested in real estate for a number of years now. I'm 25, and so is my wife, and we are about to rent out our first piece of real estate which is a single family home and I'm so excited to learn more and grow our wealth. I'm interested in rental properties because of the passive income, I found this forum/web site through a book I bought called making money through rental properties and I can hardly contain my excitement to get a second property under my belt.
